Logging In Problem

You may be experiencing problems logging into the site?

If this is the case then the problem is that you need to enable cookies so the site can remember you. J

1) Along the bottom tool bar you will see a “No Entry” sign or a little round symbol. This is to tell you your cookies are disabled for this site.

2) Now, if you click on the symbol it will open up a little setting box. You need to click on to “settings” and then “manage sites”.

3) This should now put a box up where you can type in a web address. In here you need to type http://www.freebay-auction.co.uk . After doing this do not press enter, press on “allow” and then click “OK”.

4) You can now come out of that option and log in to the site without any more problems.

The other way of doing this would be to change your internet security level but we think it is safer to just allow the one siteJ.
